Your olanzar pulse is an internal payment ledger or virtual account through which you pay for most of our services/invoices
How do i deposit money into my pulse
Kindly follow this steps:
- Firstly, you need to add the USDT address you intend sending from as your USDT deposit address in your olanzar profile (You can skip this if you already done that and your deposit address has not changed from the current one)
- Visit the pulse section and enter the amount you wish to deposit, usually USDT
- Send payment to the receiving address shown to you
- Your pulse will be credited within few minutes upon confirmation
How do i upgrade my account to basic account?
Simply login to your account and visit
setup basic and proceed with the upgrade, please note there is a onetime fee of $10 that applies
How do i upgrade to premium account?
Simply login to your account and visit
setup premium and proceed with the upgrade, please note there is a onetime fee of $35 and a monthly server maintenance fee of $12.50 and a 10% required margin deposit for any amount you wish to trade with
Do i need a basic account and a premium account at the same time?
No, you don't need separate basic account and premium account as a premium account qualifies you for all the features and services we offer in the basic plans and more.
What is the difference between basic and premium account?
On the basic account you only stake any amount you wish to trade with starting from $1 upwards, into our consolidated trading account and can only unstake anytime, but for the premium account you will be provided your own server to trade specifically for your account, and we do not have custody of your trading amount, you only deposit 10% of your intended trading amount as margin to us while you keep the your trading capital in your exchanger's account.

Is olanzar a signal provider?
No, we are not a signal provider, we build bots and algorithms that discovers best entry and exit points and automatically places the order for you in your configured trading exchangers account.
Do i need to manually execute or monitor trades?
Our system does trade analysis, trade execution and monitoring for you 24/7 without needing your input whatsoever
How profitable are the auto traders?
We see ourselves as a research team and as such our aim is to build best profitable algorithms with consistency, the performances of each bots are fully displayed in real-time for everyone to see, so you can decide on which to trade with, but remember that past performances does not always guarantee future outcomes
What if the auto trader i subscribed to start performing poorly?
We encourage our users to immediately unstake or unsubscribe from any auto trading that has recorded losses that they considered high based on their risk management, but in the general we recommend you exit any auto trader that has recorded 10 losing trades in a row or that recorded a win rate of less than 30% in most cases
Do you have a general risk management?
We monitor, and improve our auto trading bots regularly, as we aim towards perfection, however we do not hesitate in disabling any auto trader with clear poor performance, but regardless of our recall process, we strongly advise users to have a maximum amount or percentage they are willing to lose from a particular auto trader they staked or subscribed to and quickly unstake or unsubscribe the moment that threshold is reached
What if the auto trader i staked or subscribed to was disabled?
We expect smart users to have exited from poor performing auto trader before the general disabling occurs, however all stakes and subscriptions will automatically be unstaked or unsubscribed to avoid further loses and protect our users
What is your general user giude?
First step is to visit the
Auto traders page and check their performances, start with a little amount as we allow as low as $1 staking amount for basic accounts and $10 subscription margin amount for premium account for each auto trader, if you are pleased with the outcomes so far you may consider increasing your staked/subscription amount and also decrease your stake/subscription amount when you consider the performance as poor

How do i upgrade to basic account?
Login to your olanzar account and go to basic, and click on
setup basic and submit, make a onetime payment of $10 to the provided wallet address, and fill in the invoice generated with your payment information and wait for confirmation, upon succesful confirmation of payment your account will be upgraded
Is there any other charges on the basic account?
There is no other charges or recurring bills on the basic account, is a ontime and forever payment
Does my basic account ever expire?
There is no expiration on basic account, once your account have been upgraded to basic account it stay so forever.
Why do you use the word stake and subscription?
The basic account can only stake on an auto trader while the premium account can subscribe to an auto trader, the processes and uses are different.
How do i stake to an auto trader?
Once you have decided on the auto trader you want to stake on, simply visit
Stake and select the auto trader from the drop down list, enter the amount you wish to stake and click submit, follow the payment instructions and your stake will be processed upon payment confirmation
What is the minimum and maximum amount i can stake?
There is a minimum staking amount of $1 and maximum amount varies based on your account verification level between $1000 to $200,000 visit your staking limits in your account for more details
How many auto trader can i stake on?
You can stake on a particular auto trader upto 20 times at a time, as each staking is treated individually, example, you can stake maximum of 20 different stakes on brunco for BTCUSDT, using same amount each or different amount on each stake, but there is no limit to the number of different auto traders you can stake on at the same time, this means you can have 20 stakes on brunco BTCUSDT, 20 stakes on brunco LTCUSDT, 20 stake on each marco BTCUSDT and just about any number of auto trader we have listed
How do i unstake?
Go to your stake lists in your olanzar account and click on unstake, wait for the unstaking to be processed, and your balance will be automatically transfered back to your USDT wallet address, if your remaining balance is above $0.50
Can i unstake at anytime?
You can unstake at anytime you want to, however our unstaking process comes in batches and the final value is calculated on the time of processing your unstake request and not always on the time ou submitted your unstaking request, this means that the last trading outcome even after you submitted your unstaking request will still affect your balance either negative or positive.
How do i get my money after unstaking?
We send your balance directly to your withdrawal wallet address on your olanzar profile automatically.
Is there an unstaking fee?
Yes! we charge $2.50 network fee to send your balance to your withdrawal wallet address, when your balance is above the $2.5 network fee and $0.5 balance, at least $3 and above is considered withdrawable amount
How do olanzar make money from stakes?
We take 10% from profit made in any succesful trade, and we do not take anything when a trade closes in a loss, here is the simple approach, you staked $10 and a trade call bought at $10 and sold at $11, giving you a profit of $1, we will take $0.1 from the $1 profit made and credit your balance with $10.90, but if the bot bought at $10 and sold at $9 we will credit your balance with $9 without making any deductions since it was a losing trade

How do i setup a premium account?
To set up a premium account simply login to your olanzar account and go to premium, and then click on
setup premium and follow the payment instructions shown, and wait for your account to be upgraded to premium
How do i connect to my exchanger or trading platform?
Currently we are only able to integrate with binance, with plans of integrating with more exchanges soon. To connect your olanzar premium account to your binance account simply login to your binance account, go to api management to get your api key and secret, check the trading box for futures, and also add the ip address you received from olanzar during account setup. please do not thick or check the withdrawal or the spot options when generating your api keys on binance, as is a security risk doing so, only check futures trading option that's all.
Then copy the api keys you generated and add them to the exchanger-api section of your olanzar account and click save. The bots and auto traders you subscribe to will start trading for you automatically 24/7 without you needing to do anything else. please see binance recommended api setup diagram

How much does the premium account cost?
Here is a break down of the total cost for a premium account
Onetime Setup: $35
Monthly maintenance fee: $12.50
Margin Deposit: 10% of any amount you want to subscribe in our auto trader.
What is the minimum trading amount i can subscribe with?
There is no minimum amount you can trade with, however your margin balance must be at least $10 and above, which makes trading with $100 and above a relateble minimum
Do i have to deposit my trading amount on olanzar?
You only have to deposit 10% of what ever amount you intend to trade with in your olanzar account as margin balance, while you keep or deposit your trading amount on your exchanger wallet, example if you wish to trade with $100, you should deposit $100 to your binance account and deposit $10 as margin to your olanzar account
Must i deposit a margin balance for each subscription?
Yes, each single subscription requires a margin deposit
What is a margin deposit/balance?
Margin deposit are funds held in your olanzar account as to pay for your trade outcomes, we will keep deducting from your margin balance on any profitable trades until deplicted
What happens to my account once my margin balance is liquidated?
Our bot will automatically stop trading on that subscription for you and you will be notified to top up your margin balance and resume trading.
What if your trading amount has reduced due to loss?
You can adjust your trading balance or subscribe with a higher amount for same auto trader
Is margin balance withdrawable?
Margin deposit are not withdrawable but you can rollover unused margin deposit and use it for your next subscription
How many auto trader can i subscribe at a time?
There is no limit to the number of auto traders you can subscribe to at a time, however you may not have an active subscription of more than 20 on same auto trader and pair
